“I am so proud to have had the support of many people in the cooperative movement from all over the world, as well as hundreds of grassroots volunteers in Madison who are excited to help build more cooperative businesses and political structures in our city. The friendship and solidarity we have built with each other based on building a more just and humane world has been a motivating factor in my seeking political office. Linking all of our local efforts together through our CICOPA networks is an important way to “scale” the movement. I’m proud to be one small part of this.”, Rebecca says.
